Hyna had a seizure the other day. She's been really aggressive towards the other dogs and not acting normal. We took her to the vet after the seizure and they sent us home with phenobarbital and valium. They didn't seem to help so we took her to the emergency vet the next day. They think she has epilepsy or a brain tumor. She'll go see a neurologist next week. She takes phenobarbital twice daily now that calms her down. The vet said it makes her "special"...I think she meant in a retarded way. She's not retarded though...just a little slow. Not much her normal self. After the seizure the right side of her face doesn't have much movement. Hopefully she'll get better soon.

Update: All of her tests came back okay. The doctor said it could have been encephalitis. He said she'll be fine.
